Suzuki is the supplier of any orders or purchases you make on this Site. The products displayed on this Site are offered for sale in Canada only and may not be available for purchase in your particular country or locality. We will not knowingly accept any order from a person under the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence. You confirm that you are not under the age of majority in your respective province or territory of residence.
(a) Product Details and Availability
Product availability is subject to change at any time without notice and Suzuki makes no representations or warranties regarding product availability. Suzuki may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
When promoting products on this Site, we may also include details relating to the specific product. If you decide to purchase the product, you agree to the details and this Agreement that collectively constitute your agreement with Suzuki. Both the details of the product, the details of your purchase, and a link to this Agreement, shall be provided to you by email in an order confirmation (the “Order Confirmation”).
Any Order Confirmation (electronic or paper receipt) given to you by Suzuki does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. Suzuki reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, supply less than the quantity ordered at any time or to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment has been processed. We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate your order.
(b) Prices, Payment Methods and Billing
Prices quotes are payable in Canadian dollars, unless otherwise displayed at check-out. All purchases are subject to tax based on Federal and Provincial legislation. All applicable taxes will be charged based on the ship-to location.
Certain products may be subject to provincial environmental handling or disposal fees. These fees vary by product and are collected by Suzuki and remitted to the stewardship organizations within their respective provinces. For more information on these individual programs, please visit your provincial stewardship organization’s website.
Suzuki will request for a method of payment, such as a credit card. You may pay for your purchase using Interac, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card through Chase Paymentech. You warrant that you are the cardholder and authorize Suzuki to charge the card for the price of the order. By completing your online purchase on our Site, you authorize Suzuki (or our partners or service providers) to bill your payment method on file at the advertised price plus any applicable taxes or fees. If the charge is rejected by the card issuer, Suzuki will have no obligation to ship or fulfill your order. All information provided to Suzuki by you must be truthful and accurate.
(c) Electronic Documents
You hereby consent to the exchange of information and documents between you and Suzuki over the Internet or by email and that this Agreement (together with any applicable Order Confirmation(s)) in electronic form shall be the equivalent of an original written paper agreement between us. You further agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
(d) Delivery and Pickup
You have the option to have your order delivered to you or available for you to pick up at a participating Suzuki dealer.
Items to be delivered to you will be delivered to the address you specify in your order and will be shipped using a third party carrier. The specific third party carrier and their method of delivery will be identified in the order confirmation provided by Suzuki.
Items for Dealer pick up will be held at the dealer for up to 15 days from the date you receive notice that the item is available for pick up. If the items are not picked up in accordance with this policy, the items will be returned to Suzuki in accordance with the Standard Return policy and charged the prescribed restocking fee. For your protection and security, you must present either photo identification or another valid form of ID such as a Credit card.
(e) Return Policy and Procedure
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item covered by our Standard Return Policy within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to returning them.

You are responsible for shipping the products back to us or you may return the product to your local Suzuki dealer. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your protection. Please be specific with regards to the reason of the return. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns made to the Suzuki dealer or directly to Suzuki.
If the return is for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders, we will refund your shipping fees and waive the restocking fee and will arrange for a replacement order.
All Suzuki Genuine Parts & Accessories supplied through this Site are warranted free from manufacturing defects. More information can be found in our Suzuki Genuine Parts & Accessories Warranty.
(f) Damaged, Missing & Lost Items
All packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 48 hours after the package was received. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only. Should the item not be available for replacement, you will be issued store credit for the original cost of the damaged item.
Suzuki is not responsible for any loss of products following shipment from Suzuki to your delivery address. Should your package be deemed lost in transit, please contact us immediately. An item that we deemed to be lost will be replaced with the same model only. We do not issue refunds for lost items. Should the item not be available for replacement, you will be issued store credit for the original cost of the lost item.
Please allow 1 to 8 days for processing lost shipment claims.
Suzuki strives to provide accurate information about its products, and any related pricing, but errors may occur. Suzuki reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and to modify prices of products at any time, without prior notice. Suzuki cannot confirm prices until after you submit an order for the product. Without limiting the generality of this Agreement, in the event that the price or the details of the product (as described on this Site and/or the Order Confirmation you receive) is incorrect due to an error in pricing or otherwise, Suzuki may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel your order, whether before or after Suzuki’s acceptance thereof. If there is such an error in pricing, we will cancel your order and reverse any charges that have been applied. We will then contact you to ask you to place a new order for the Paid Service at the correct price.
If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, Suzuki will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual credit card policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
