MAXIMISING FUEL ECONOMY AND PERFORMANCE
With the launch of the new generation DF140A, our engineers have delivered an outboards that offer great fuel economy without sacrificing on performance. This has been achieved by employing our advanced Lean Burn Fuel Control System.
ALL TORQUE
With acceleration and manoeuvrability high on the list of priorities it is no surprise that the DF140A, with its excellent power to weight ratio, was one of the models selected for use at the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games Sailing Regatta.
TRANSFERRING POWER INTO SPEED
Our in-line four cylinder outboards utilise aggressive gear ratios that enable these outboards to swing a larger prop. The combination of a large prop and lower gear ratio delivers plenty of torque, exhilarating acceleration and exciting top-end speed.
INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY
The DF140A include an O2 Sensor Feedback System that helps to keep emissions cleaner and more stable. In addition to this the DF140A also benefit form a knock sensor that detects and controls abnormal combustion allowing the engine to operate at optimum performance.
CLEANER, MORE EFFICIENT OPERATION
Suzuki utilizes a number of its advanced technologies to deliver cleaner, more efficient operation that conforms to the Recreational Craft Directive (RCD) – Directive 2003/44EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, and has received three-star ratings from the California Air Resources Board (CARB).

Have you recently purchased or looking to purchase a new Suzuki motorcycle, ATV or Outboard? If so, Suzuki is a great choice. The quality, performance and durability of the products we offer are second to none. While Suzuki’s production techniques and materials, as well as its standard warranties, are the best, today’s motorcycles and ATVs have become increasingly complex. In addition, parts and repair costs have accelerated as quickly as the technology itself. While mechanical failures are rare in today’s Suzuki models, you can protect yourself from potentially high costs for years after your standard warranty runs out by investing in an extended protection plan.
The Suzuki Protection Plan (SPP) can be added at any time during the Suzuki’s Limited Warranty period, so don’t wait! You can purchase an SPP from any authorized Suzuki dealer in Canada. If purchased at the time of sale, the SPP works in conjunction to your Suzuki Limited Warranty (giving you additional benefits), and will continue to provide you top-quality protection for years to come after the Limited Suzuki Warranty period had ended. Along with providing complete peace of mind, the SPP is economical, dependable and hassle-free. Should you experience an issue while covered by the plan, you can visit any authorized Suzuki dealer in Canada and the U.S. for prompt resolution and professional service.
Pricing and details are currently being developed and should be available shortly. Should you have any questions or wish to obtain further details, please visit your local Suzuki Dealer for assistance.
