1. Eligibility
The Suzuki Canada “Flex Your KingQuad Giveaway” (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of Canada, including Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Suzuki Canada Inc. and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Contest in one (1) of the following ways:
Primary Entry (Required):
Comment on the official giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram with:
- The year of your KingQuad
- How long you’ve owned it
- What you love about it or how you use it
Bonus Entry (Optional):
Earn one (1) additional entry by sharing a photo of your KingQuad using one of the following methods:
- On Facebook: Post a photo in the comments of the giveaway post
- On Instagram: Post a photo and tag @SuzukiCanada OR send the photo via Direct Message
Limit: Maximum of two (2) entries per person — one standard and one bonus entry. Duplicate, spam, or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on June 23, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 14th, 2025.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Suzuki ATV Drive Bag designed for the KingQuad model (Approximate Retail Value: $187 CAD).
The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The winner will be contacted via Direct Message on the platform used to enter within five (5) days of contest closing. If the selected winner does not respond within three (3) days of initial contact, an alternate eligible entrant may be selected.
6. Publicity and Rights
By entering this Contest, each participant:
- Confirms they are the sole owner of any content submitted (including photos) and that such content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Grants Suzuki Canada Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute any submitted content (including text, photos, and usernames) in any media format or channel, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Suzuki websites, and future promotional materials.
- Agrees that if a photo submitted includes identifiable individuals, they have obtained express consent from those individuals for Suzuki Canada Inc. to use the image for the purposes listed above.
- Waives any moral rights in the submitted content to the extent permitted by law.
- Understands that no compensation will be provided for the use of submitted content beyond the opportunity to participate in the Contest and be eligible for a prize.
Participants may request removal of their content from Suzuki Canada’s marketing materials after the Contest concludes by contacting contest@suzuki.ca, subject to practical and legal limitations.
