All new Suzuki vehicles are covered by a 3 year or 60,000 km new vehicle limited warranty, 5 year or 100,000 km powertrain warranty and 3 years unlimited mileage roadside assistance. However, Suzuki no longer offers extended warranty on used vehicles. For complete details as to what is and what is not covered for your particular vehicle, please review your New Vehicle Warranty and Maintenance Information Booklet provided with your vehicle.
Contact your Authorized Suzuki Service Point’s service department and arrange an appointment. Their service technicians are trained on Suzuki products and are best capable to answer all of your questions.
Contact your Suzuki Service Point to obtain your key code. You will be required, however, to visit your nearest Service Point and show proof of ownership of your vehicle.
Disputes are usually best resolved at the Authorized Suzuki Service Point. You may want to bring your dissatisfaction to the attention of one of the managers. If the problem is still not being resolved then you should contact the Authorized Service Point owner. To bring a product to Canada from the U.S., you will need a letter of compliance and recall clearance letter from the manufacturer in the country of original sale. In this situation, please contact Suzuki Motor of America Inc. at 1-800-934-0934 for assistance.
To take a product from Canada to the U.S., you will require a letter of compliance and recall clearance letter from Suzuki Canada. Suzuki Canada will write letters for Canadian citizens or residents who are moving to the U.S. and will be bringing their Suzuki products with them.
To request this letter, please send your name, telephone number, complete mailing address, VIN (17-digit serial number) of your Suzuki product, and a copy of photo ID proving Canadian citizenship or residence (Driver’s license) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Suzuki Canada cannot provide assistance with exporting any vehicle outside of North America. Depending on the country’s requirements, you may find all the information needed in your owner’s manual.
