Présentation

Provide facility & administrative support to a variety of business processes and oversee contracts to support the facility. Completes daily tasks as well as special projects as assigned by Supervisor.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
• This position reports directly to the Supervisor, Human Resources & Administration and provides back up for Pay/Administration Coordinator as needed.

Responsabilités

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
This position supports a variety of departments and business processes. Examples of some of these activities are listed below:
• co-ordinate the maintenance work order system
• research products/vendors and get quotes following company protocols
• maintains inventory of office supplies, kitchen and cleaning supplies,
• utilize the internal purchasing controls systems to order office supplies and warehouse supplies
• process invoices and put in system for approval. Investigate discrepancies.
• maintain monthly records of identified expenditures, track invoices as received.
• process incoming/outgoing mail- date stamp, log & distribute & taking mail to post office
• take registration forms for motorcycle/ATV for registration processing
• ensure the copier is checked and operational each day and troubleshoot as required
• complete data entry as required for warehouse team and other departments
• process welcome letters and support other marketing promotions on ongoing basis
• maintain equipment records and support IT Department to install monitors and other hardware
• Complete month end reports as required

SAFETY PROGRAM SUPPORT
• Support the Joint Health & Safety Committee administrative needs
• Book training and coordinate attendance of employees
• Participate in workplace inspections
• Organize and conduct regular equipment testing
• Provide administrative support for the Suzuki Health & Safety Manual
• Ensure required postings are current

Nous recherchons des candidats qui possèdent l’expertise et les compétences suivantes:

Ability to shovel snow & salt walkways if needed to ensure safety of employees
Minimum 2 years related work experience in Office Administration/Facility Management
Computer skills – Intermediate MS Office, Able to download and manipulate data in Excel.
Excellent verbal and written skills, Able to work with internal team members and external vendors
Able to track and analyze vendor payments
Must be organized and accurate, and able to work in an open office environment with interruptions
Must be able to work both as a team and independently
Maintain confidentiality related to mail and financial information
Ability to drive company vehicle and provide Valid Driver’s license and acceptable Driver’s Abstract

Présentation

The District Sales Manager (DSM) is the main contact between the dealer network and Suzuki Canada for all sales matters. The candidate in this position will identify new dealerships for Suzuki product sales in our Marine category, and support the existing dealerships in areas north of Barrie area. Additional travel into Manitoba will be required to support existing dealerships in that province.

Responsabilités

This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager- Marine. The position works closely with the Dealer network on all sales and marketing issues related to the sales of Suzuki products in the Canadian marketplace. The position has direct interaction with the following departments- marketing, distribution, product planning, accounting and on an as need basis to the customer service, parts, service and IT departments.

Manage the dealer activity within a specified territory through daily interaction with Suzuki dealers and dealership personnel. Act as a consultant with the dealers to increase dealer commitment to the Suzuki franchise and implement strategies to maximize the retail and wholesale of Suzuki products. Advise head office staff of ongoing activities, inquiries or problems within the district as well as informing management of competitive activities within the district. Manage the implementation of SCI sponsored programs within the district to achieve assigned goals and objectives. Present front-line representation of corporate goals, policies and procedures to enhance the dealer body, market penetration and brand image of Suzuki. Manage multiple assignments in a timely and professional manner. Perform all duties in a results-oriented and measurable manner.
